Position Summary

As the Senior Operations Leader for ExamOne's Canadian operations, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of phlebotomy and health collection services. This role is responsible for scaling a high‑performing network of 30+ regular status employees and 400 contingent on‑call resource pool located across Canada to achieve aggressive growth, financial and customer satisfaction targets.
