Senior Operations Leader, Property & Facilities Management

Elegant Group (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee operations across properties, ensuring safe, functional environments for shoppers and tenants. You will support the Managing Director to lead operations teams, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

You will drive strategic direction for portfolio operations, optimize budgeting and cost control, and monitor KPIs to identify improvements.
