About The Role

Reporting to the Director in-charge, you will be based at one of the company’s managed shopping malls located near Damansara or Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise day‑to‑day operations of the shopping mall, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, promotional activities, tenant occupancy and collection.
• Work closely with the team to plan, organise and drive marketing events to increase footfall in the mall.
• Ensure compliance of operations as per the Strata Management Act.
• Lead a team of technical and non‑technical staff to carry out necessary operational work.
• Involve in leasing activities in the mall, from promotion and prospecting to negotiation.
• Maintain high rapport and relationships with owners, tenants and local authorities.
