This position will be responsible for the daily soft services operations and maintenance of a building for industrial properties.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily facility management operations and maintenance of properties.Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.Processing & monitoring of tenant’s fitting out worksWalk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrualJob Requirements
