Senior Operations Specialist: Fintech Automation & Insights

Paywatch is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to support workload planning and coach junior specialists. You will own end-to-end workflows—disbursement, onboarding, reconciliation—and drive scalable automation using VBA, SQL, and Power BI.

You’ll collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product, delivering accurate data, dashboards, and insights to leadership while staying hands-on in daily operations in a fintech environment.
