Senior Paid Media Leader - LATAM Growth & Ops

BetWarrior is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to bridge the Performance team and market leads across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. You will translate business goals into paid media strategy and oversee execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic.

You will manage a 5-8 person team and oversee over USD 10M in annual regional investment, shaping how new channels and markets fit into the operating model as the company scales.
