You’ll report directly to our Head of Legal and work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel , with exposure to every team in the business. What you'll do As our Senior Paralegal, you’ll get hands on commercial and corporate legal experience and drive and improve our core legal processes with a broad range of responsibilities, including:- Legal operations: Owning our work & case management platforms and keeping the team working efficiently - Commercial contracts: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including software, strategic partnerships and more- Corporate governance: Supporting the Head of Legal with corporate matters across all 4 Farewill entities - Data Privacy: Assisting on day-to-day data p...
