Role Overview

This role provides legal and compliance support to business units across Hong Kong and Singapore, with a primary focus on tender contract review, conduct legal risk identification, evaluation, assessment and mitigation exercise, and provide tender contract advisory work to internal stakeholders. The incumbent will work closely with the company’s sales and solutions teams to ensure internal contract and compliance policies, processes and governance rules are strictly adhered to throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review government and non-government tender documents, including contractual terms and conditions and identify legal and commercial risks
  • Manage the end-to-end legal risk assessment process to ensure all tendered projects are thoroughly reviewed from legal, regulatory and compliance perspectives prior to bid submission
