Job Summary

Assists in the conduct of licensing, supervision, and/or surveillance of operators of payment system (OPS), non-bank electronic money issuers (NB-EMI), other payment system participants (PSP), and financial market infrastructures (FMI), as well as provision of technical/advisory services relative to the implementation of the National Payment System (NPS) laws, directives, rules, regulations, and other BSP issuances on payments, and/or enforcement actions where regulatory intervention is necessary.
