Position Overview

Job Purpose

To manage and execute the full monthly payroll function, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-client payroll environments.

Minimum Requirements Minimum 4 years’ payroll administration experience Experience with Sage 300 People (advantageous) Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and ethics Strong team player with leadership capability Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Demonstrated leadership and people management ability Core Accountabilities General payroll administration for approximately 300 employees across ±25 clients/stores.
