Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Senior Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing superior full‑cycle payroll administration for our unionized and office staff, including balancing payroll, preparing required filings and processing year‑end.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle payroll administration for payrolls located in Ontario, British Columbia and Washington USA including time data validation and import, payroll profile maintenance, retro calculations and ROE processing per Union collective Agreement and Electrician Apprenticeship Program.
• Responsible for Union reporting and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to maintain electrician’s level and retro increase accordingly.
• JE posting and GL reconciliations for payroll related accounts. Assist with ad‑hoc requests received from the Accounting Department.
