Senior Payroll Specialist

Location: León Guanajuato, México (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Support the proper performance of payroll core activities: voluntary and non‑voluntary termination paycheck calculations, upload and capture payroll requests, online payroll processing, and maintenance of local payroll tax calculation‑payment.
• Manage Savings Fund Loans and local payroll tasks, including backup of benefits processes such as restaurant and grocery coupon requests.
• Address, validate, and resolve payroll incidences through the ticketing tool.
• Assist in testing and validating payroll system changes.
• Report to the Payroll Manager.

Typical Day

• Upload payroll incidences, validate payroll taxes, and validate Fonacot loans to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
