Senior Payroll Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in an autonomous environment. You won’t just process pay; you will own your portfolio, partner with the business, and drive the continuous improvement of our payroll ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Payroll Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of NZ pay runs. Your day‑to‑day includes:

• End-to-End Excellence: Managing full-cycle payroll in line with our industrial agreements, statutory requirements, and SLAs.
• System Integrity: Serving as the go‑to expert for system testing, releases, and enhancements.
• Legislative Expertise: Interpreting complex industrial instruments and legislative changes across ANZ.
