We're looking for a highly hands-on Senior Performance Creative Strategist to help scale high-growth DTC ecommerce brands through data-driven creative strategy, direct response marketing, and performance-focused execution.

This is not a traditional copywriting or strategy-only role. We're looking for someone who can own the entire creative process—from customer research and messaging development to funnel concepts, creative briefs, testing strategies, and performance analysis.

You'll work closely with growth, creative, and media buying teams to launch and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
