Senior Performance Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize existing systems or provide approved interfaces to monitor the operational state and performance of circuits, network equipment, and systems. Responsible for performing circuit activation, upgrades, & deactivations related to telecommunications service orders. Responsible for the design and delivery of secure voice, video, and data communications networks. Also responsible for the timely updating of related Circuit and configuration management tools such as Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) and local Circuit Activation database. Maintain comprehensive documentation including locations, MAC addresses, serial numbers, warranty information, and deployment details. Activate, change, upgrade, deactivate trunks, links, and circuits in accordance with DISA TSOs or regulatory guidance as directed by higher levels of control and submits applicable reports to include delayed service, exception, and in‐effect reports. ...
