In this role you ensure on-time, full launch readiness for new products across Luxury and Consumer Beauty, focusing on distribution, availability, and risk management. You lead cross-functional collaboration within the DRP ecosystem to mitigate supply and service risks and support launch execution across internal and external operations. You will drive continuous improvement in launch planning, KPI tracking, and supply network design to enable faster, more reliable product introductions. You join a fast-paced, data-driven environment and contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the NPD supply chain.
