ICF is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative **Senior Pricing Associate** to join our Corporate Pricing Team. In this role, you will support the development of accurate, compliant, and competitive pricing solutions for ICF proposals while taking on increased ownership of standard pricing activities and routine proposal pricing support. You will work with pricing team members, operations teams, capture managers, contracts, finance, subcontractors, and proposal professionals to review solicitation requirements, build and quality-check pricing models, organize cost inputs, and help prepare clear and defensible cost and business proposals for federal, state, local, and commercial clients.
This role is best suited for an experienced associate who can execute standard pricing work with growing independence, apply judgment to routine pricing questions, identify and escalate more complex issues, and help support newer team members. The successful candidate...
