This is a highly strategic, enterprise-level leadership role that serves as the global ergonomics authority for Dell and Alienware display and peripheral products - spanning monitors, mice, keyboards, headsets, webcams, and accessories.
What you'll achieve:
You will help define and drive the long-term ergonomics vision and Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy across product lines, applying advanced biomechanical modeling, computational ergonomics frameworks, and science-based assessment methodologies.
You will be accountable for influencing product architecture decisions at the earliest stages, and partnering with senior leaders across Experience Design, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Legal, and Procurement.
