Senior Probe Strategy Engineer — Silicon Yield & AI

Micron Technology in Singapore is seeking a Probe Product Engineer who owns probe strategy and silicon learning across wafer test, from pre-silicon staging to high-volume manufacturing, driving coverage, guard-bands, and cost reduction while ensuring product requirements are met.

You will collaborate with Design, DFT, DV, Process Integration, Backend Test, and Reliability teams to deliver scalable, manufacturable probe solutions and contribute to AI/ML driven optimization.
