Senior Process Engineer — NPI & Lean Leader

Link-Worldwide, based in Mexico, Tamaulipas, is seeking a leader for new product and process development. The candidate will lead projects from initial concept through to production launch, driving initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong program management skills and experience with Lean Manufacturing processes are essential.
