Senior Procurement Engineer – Civil (Infrastructure Wet Utilities)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for civil infrastructure and wet utilities pipeline projects.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

Prepare and evaluate RFQs, tender documents, bid analyses, purchase orders, and contracts.

Coordinate with engineering, project, commercial, and site teams to ensure timely procurement and material delivery.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules.

Maintain procurement records and reporting using SAP ERP and other procurement management systems.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience specifically in Infrastructure Wet Utilities Pipeline Projects.
