Senior Product Designer (Startup)

Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to fill a Product Designer role focused on the user experience of a fast-growing, AI-driven web platform. We're looking for a hands-on designer who can move quickly, think in systems, and own product design from concept through implementation.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional onsite collaboration in West Virginia. Candidates must be located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for core product experiences including onboarding, dashboards, account management, and platform functionality


• Translate complex data, workflows, and AI-driven outputs into clean, intuitive interfaces


• Produce high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, wireframes, and user flows with a focus on usability and performance
