The Senior Program Manager is the strategic lead responsible for the overall execution, governance, and optimization of the ISV Marketplace Project. This role oversees the entire 18-person team, orchestrates the transition of regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC), and holds accountability for slashing the Time to Onboard (TTO) from a ***** day baseline down to the targeted 12-day milestone via automated engineering.
