Senior Project Engineer - Fitout

Responsible for the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, project human resources, cost, time, risk, close out etc. To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job and hand over the projects within specified timeframes in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customers satisfaction and maintain continuity of the business. Examine drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials. Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
