Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and manage critical work items for the Managed Care, Claims and Financial functional teams. This role demands proactive ownership of deliverables that are subject to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where missed deadlines or process missteps can result in penalties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor who actively drives resolution—not just a passive coordinator.

Your role in our mission

  • End-to-End Work Item Management: Oversee and track CTNs, Findings, Defects, Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) across multiple functional teams.

  • SLA Compliance: Ensure all work items meet SLA timelines and process requirements; escalate risks and blockers early.
