Senior Project Surveyor

Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale luxury residential, commercial, hospitality projects.

• Able to support the client across the portfolio of projects
• Experience in managing a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy, including payment certifications, management and assessment of variations, claim avoidance, budget tracking, cost reporting, risk management, negotiations and final account.
• Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients on small & medium size projects.
• Accountable for a variety of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, generally within an end market sector.
