Position Overview

            Principal Responsibilities  Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators. 
Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages. 
Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages. 
Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings. 
Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co‑ordination Procedure. 
Supplier Pre‑Qualification Documents Review. 
Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufacturers. 
Involve in Kick‑off meeting. 
Participate in Pre‑inspection Meeting. 
Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement. 
Vendor Document Review including MPS ITP and WPS and relevant Quality Procedure.
