Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- To liaise closely with the Project Commercial Manager on all commercial matters to jointly obtain maximum commercial benefit from project
- To assist in preparation of the monthly Contract Cost Value Reconciliation (CCVR), Forecast Reports and any other commercial reports as required.
- Carry out measurement of the works
- Monitor all project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial correspondence
- Carry out valuation of the works and timely submittion of payment applications
- Subcontract administration
- Roads, Utilities and infrastructure experience is a must.
