Position Overview
Job De ion:
- Manage tendering activities including preparation, submission, follow-up, documentation, clarifications, and tender analysis.
- Prepare project costing, budgets, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and profitable project bids.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and define project scope.
- Administer contracts and project commercial matters , including variation orders (VOs), progress claims, billing coordination, and ERP updates.
- Monitor project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, claims management, and maintenance of unit price databases.
- Provide team support and stakeholder coordination by guiding junior QS staff, attending contract review meetings, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
