Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Surveyor to join our established London & East region to work on projects in the North of our region based close to Bedford and Peterborough. These exciting new projects are due to commence at the end of this year but there is work to be done in the preconstruction stage first.

As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery on these projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately.
