Senior Quantum Calibration Engineer

Role Overview

Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech is seeking a Senior Quantum Calibration Engineer to support the calibration, control, and characterization of superconducting quantum processors. This role focuses on the experimental operation of multi‑qubit devices, with work expected to be distributed between transmon‑ and fluxonium‑based quantum architectures.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in transmon‑based systems, complementing our existing expertise. The ideal candidate is motivated to improve the performance, stability, and reproducibility of established quantum hardware, while contributing positively to a collaborative and technically rigorous R&D environment.
