Senior Real Estate Specialist

The Senior Real Estate Specialist is responsible for initiating real estate processes and ensuring the efficient implementation of the expansion strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and validate new real estate opportunities and prepare detailed presentations for assessment of relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with landlords and agents. - Manage the Shop Validation Report (SVR) process for local operations by collecting necessary commercial details, gathering feedback for sales projections, sharing and validating the report with relevant parties, and ensuring its approval.
• Establish a competitor analysis market map by brand on a regular basis to identify where competitors are trading and to determine potential gaps in the expansion strategy.
