What You Will Do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process across Koch
• Lead and execute recruiting strategies for IT and administrative roles, adapting your approach to different stakeholder needs
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in Mexico and the US to understand current and future talent needs
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify the correct recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates for positions
• Gather and analyze the IT labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to bring data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions
• Assess candidates based on Our Values and alignment with Principle Based Management and technical capabilities, manage candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
