This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our busy but very friendly community team at St John’s Hospice. If you are an enthusiastic and committed Senior registered nurse who is interested in a rewarding career within palliative care we'd like to hear from you!

The role encompasses a 24 hour telephone support line, working alongside Nurse’s or Health Care Assistant’s. You will provide palliative care support and advice to our Patients on the Palliative Care Hub register, their families and other care professionals whilst signposting to other agencies as and when required.
