Senior Relationship Manager

Our debut project, OYSTRA , is a Zaha Hadid Architects -designed masterpiece on Al Marjan Island - 800+ residences, waterfront villas, sky penthouses, and the island's first 360° infinity pool. It's architecture as art. And we need someone who can match that ambition in how they build client relationships.

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who has managed ultra-high-net-worth client books - not just closed deals, but curated long-term trust
• Background in ultra-prime real estate developer
• Proven experience working directly with brokerages - conducting presentations, leading project introductions, and building collaborative sales channels
• The ability to sell scarcity, not square footage - because OYSTRA isn't a building, it's a legacy asset
