The Opportunity

Swiss onshore private banking at an institution with a genuine domestic franchise — strong balance sheet, real credit capability, and the wealth planning infrastructure that Swiss‑domiciled HNW and UHNW clients expect.

The candidate manages Swiss‑resident clients across HNW and UHNW, predominantly at UHNW level, with a book built over years of trusted advisory work. The distinction between clients who bank with an institution and clients who follow a banker is important here — this role requires the latter.

This is a Geneva‑based role. No relocation required.

What You Bring

• Swiss‑resident HNW and UHNW book built through genuine advisory relationships — not institutionally held
• Minimum CHF 150M portable book measured over a 3‑year average
• Wealth planning and credit structuring depth valued; French an advantage
