Position Overview

The Senior Sales Administrator supports the sales team by keeping the sales pipeline accurate, managing contracts, maintaining CRM data quality, and producing reports and dashboards. The role works closely with Sales Managers and Compliance to ensure all sales and contract information is correct, up to date, and compliant. Job Purpose Ensure smooth sales operations by: Tracking sales opportunities Managing contracts and documentation Keeping CRM data accurate Producing reports and dashboards for decision-making Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of all sales opportunities in the CRM Track deals from lead to closing and activation Flag delayed or missing updates Prepare weekly pipeline reports for management Ensure all pipeline data is complete and accurate 2.
