SENIOR SAP PM SPECIALIST (F/M/)

What is the objective of this project?

We are looking for a SAP PM Consultant to join our team in Madrid (hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days office based). The selected individual will participate in strategic projects within the aerospace sector, leading functional definition, process design, and the deployment of SAP solutions related to Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).

This role requires autonomy, strong analytical skills, and an end‑to‑end understanding of complex industrial processes. Strong programming skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, and optimize MRO processes within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Lead functional workshops with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Configure SAP modules related to MRO (Plant Maintenance, Logistics, Procurement, etc.)
• Develop functional documentation and specifications for ABAP development
• Coordinate functional testing (SIT, UAT...
