Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Scrum Master to serve as a servant-leader, facilitator, and coach , driving the adoption and maturation of Agile principles and Scrum practices across our development teams. In this role, you will establish a strong Agile foundation , foster effective collaboration between internal and external teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices , ensuring alignment with business goals.
