About the role

As the Senior Security Governance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening Reckitt's global security governance, assurance, and risk management framework across a diverse international footprint.

Reporting to the Head of Security Operations, this new role is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide security governance processes, assurance mechanisms, and risk management frameworks that support safe, secure, and resilient business operations across Reckitt's global operations.

The position plays a key role in driving security maturity, improving control effectiveness, and embedding consistent governance standards across manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and corporate environments.
