Description
- Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration, or Health and Safety (H&S), or Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- Strong expertise in custom probes, sensors, and patterns for on‑prem and cloud discovery.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party tools and CMDB population .
- Deep understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, API, JDBC) and credential‑based access.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Discovery or ITOM certification.
