Senior Software Developer, Enterprise Systems

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer, Enterprise Systems to join our team. This role is available to candidates across our Canadian hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto). All hub‑based Clions are expected to be in the office a minimum of twice per week on one of our Anchor Days.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack internal applications used by teams across Clio, including Finance, GTM, and other operational functions.
• Develop rules‑based data processing pipelines that automate workflows and close gaps in our commercial SaaS tooling.
• Own features end‑to‑end: from requirements gathering with internal stakeholders through to deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into well‑scoped, maintainable software solutions.
