At Oxa, you will play a pivotal role within the Planning Team, enhancing the Oxa Driver software used in autonomous vehicles. This position emphasizes developing and deploying algorithms to optimize route and behavior planning, especially amidst uncertainties. You will be instrumental in ensuring our AVs navigate complex scenarios efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead algorithm development for AV navigation in complex environments
• Own the Route Planner to meet higher-level objectives
• Develop a decision-making engine based on multi-hypothesis predictions
• Create metrics to evaluate planner features effectively
• Document processes and mentor team members during onboarding
