Responsibilities: Play a substantial role in the Cresta Virtual Agents engineering team. Work with Cresta product and engineering teams, build and continuously improve the Cresta platform to support new product requirements. Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, own the customer facing deliverables. Develop high quality, well designed, reusable, and well-tested system components, and contribute to the overall system designs. Optimize the platform design and implementation for lower latency, higher throughput, better reliability, and cost reduction.
