Position Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will design, build, and evolve our customer-facing portal and related web experiences, delivering features and improvements that provide direct value to our users.
You will focus on the portal front end, responsive UIs, workflows, and integrations, while partnering with backend and platform teams. Where product direction includes intelligent capabilities, you will help surface AI-assisted experiences in the portal (e.g., integrating AI-powered APIs, copilot-style features, or ML-driven insights) with attention to usability, trust, and performance. You are also expected to use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day work, responsibly and in line with team standards, to improve productivity, explore solutions, and ship quality code faster.
