What you’ll do
As a Senior Solution Sales Specialist (SSE), you’ll lead SAP’s HCM Line of Business (LoB) cloud growth and innovation adoption across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you’ll champion SAP’s “One SAP” strategy, accelerate AI-driven innovation, and position SAP as the preferred digital transformation partner.

Your impact will include:
Account Ownership & Strategy – Drive business for net new and installed base accounts, develop strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and market conditions.

Customer Value Journey – Identify high-priority business challenges, define transformation roadmaps, and guide customers through measurable value realization.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management – Expand SAP’s footprint across HCM LoB and influence multi-year digital transformation strategies.
