Senior Specialist, Legal

The role provides legal support across PPB Group, including reviewing and drafting legal documentation, developing legal related policies, managing legal records, supporting legal governance processes, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Job Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Support

• Provide a broad range of legal advice to ensure that business activities comply with applicable laws and internal policies, with appropriate risk identification and mitigation.
• Provide sound, and commercially focused legal support and guidance to support day‑to‑day business operations.
• Assist in protecting the Group's legal and financial interests by supporting the negotiation, drafting, reviewing, and advising on agreements and other legal documentation including internal policies.
