Key Responsibilities- Lead the efforts for a technical solution on achieving yield and test time targets
- Capable of making technical decisions related to device
- Provide breakthrough solutions for product and test engineering for better output
- Be the owner of productivity targets (yield, test coverage, test time)
- Ramp up new products and rapidly bring-up test yield
- Analyse the root cause for deviation from production targets
