We partner across the business to identify growth opportunities, design practical strategies, and lead end‑to‑end execution that scales.

Operating as advisors to regional and country leaders, our team runs the business planning cycles and GTM execution. We measure what matters, ensuring that we back every operational move with data and strictly align it with Grab's overarching sustainable growth goals.
