We’re looking for a strategic leader to take our sustainable sourcing transformation to the next level — embedding high-impact roadmaps and HREDD/EUDR compliance into our procurement operations. This is a 14-month parental leave cover, offering you the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

Your Responsibilities:
Drive the development and rollout of KoRo’s Sustainable Sourcing Roadmap in collaboration with Procurement, Product, and other key stakeholders
Advance Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) by refining risk assessment methodologies and scaling sustainable supplier management systems
Co-lead the integration of EUDR software and related measures across the supplier base to ensure regulatory compliance
